BillSplit Privacy Information

Shared-expense records and uploaded documents.

BillSplit stores account identifiers received through Google sign-in, group membership, participant information, expenses, repayment reports and confirmations, audit history and uploaded receipt or bill bytes on the operator’s Oracle server in SQLite. A participant is not necessarily an authenticated account.

Uploaded documents are processed on the hosted server for supported PDF extraction and OCR. Optional external agent integrations require separate configuration. The public AVDHub spaceport does not receive these documents.

The app records payments made elsewhere; it does not move money. Financial history is preserved for consistency and audit. Available export, departure and account-anonymization operations have conditions described in the application; they do not erase every historical financial entry.

The current installation is restricted by Cloudflare Access and application authorization. Google handles sign-in. Recovery copies follow the backup policy. Contact the operator for questions or deletion assistance; do not send sensitive documents by email.
